The Job in a Nutshell💡

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Director of Engineering – AI to lead the development and deployment of artificial intelligence solutions. You will oversee AI research, model development, and engineering infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business goals while driving innovation and efficiency.

What You Will Do ❓

• Define and execute the AI engineering strategy in alignment with company objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers, data scientists, and software developers.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI and ML.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across product, data, and engineering teams to drive AI initiatives.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models at scale.
• Ensure efficient model training, evaluation, and optimization for real-world applications.
• Drive improvements in model performance, accuracy, and scalability.
• Architect and optimize AI infrastructure, leveraging cloud and on-premises solutions.
• Guide the adoption of AI frameworks, tools, and libraries for maximum efficiency.
• Drive automation and efficiency in AI workflows, reducing time to production.
• Work closely with data teams to enhance data pipelines and model training processes.
• Partner with product teams to integrate AI-driven solutions into user experiences.
• Collaborate with business and strategy teams to align AI initiatives with company goals.

What Are We Looking For❓

• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, software engineering, or related fields.
• Strong background in AI, machine learning, deep learning, and NLP.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks .
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or other relevant programming languages.
• Experience deploying AI models in production at scale using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Solid understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and distributed computing.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to drive AI adoption and innovation within a business context.
