What You'll Do:
- Executive Sponsorship & Strategic Oversight
- Represent Coupa as executive sponsor on customer engagements led by your team.
- Participate in steering committees and executive-level discussions to ensure strategic alignment and customer success.
- Act as the escalation point for delivery risks, resource challenges, and scope issues.
- Ensure consistent communication and alignment between customers, internal stakeholders, and delivery teams.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Engagement Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning.
- Support onboarding and enablement of new team members, ensuring alignment with Coupa’s delivery methodology and values.
- Promote knowledge sharing, standardization of best practices, and cross-team collaboration.
- Operational Excellence & Performance Management
- Own team-level forecasting and resource planning to ensure accurate capacity management and delivery readiness.
- Drive achievement of realization targets and utilization goals across your team.
- Monitor project health and delivery quality, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Analyze team performance metrics and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine delivery processes, improve scalability, and contribute to strategic initiatives.

What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- Proven experience in leading professional services teams, ideally within SaaS or enterprise software environments.
- Strong background in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Accounts Payable, Expense Management, or related domains.
- Demonstrated success in executive-level customer engagement and strategic project oversight.
- Experience with Coupa or similar platforms (e.g., Ariba, Concur, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Workday).
- Strong forecasting, resource planning, and performance management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to travel up to 20% to support customer engagements and team development.
