Summary:
Cook Children's is looking for a Director of Employee Relations to join our team. In this role, you would direct the employee relations functions, to include:
-
coaching/counseling
-
problem solving with managers and employees
-
training, budgeting, reporting (internal and external)

developing and interpreting policies and procedures.
Qualifications
-
Requires Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

Current knowledge of employment law
-
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resources

Masters' degree strongly preferred
-
Previous management experience required
-
Prefer Senior Professional Human Resources certification
