Job Summary:
Altus Group is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director, Employee Experience & Corporate Communications to lead the development and execution of employee engagement, internal communications, and corporate communications strategies. This role is responsible for shaping how employees experience the organization and how the company communicates with key internal and external stakeholders. Reporting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, the successful candidate will drive initiatives that strengthen culture, enhance employee engagement, elevate executive visibility, and protect and enhance the Company's reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Experience & Internal Communications
Lead the development and execution of a global employee experience and internal communications strategy aligned with business objectives.
Partner with business leaders to design communication plans that support organizational priorities, culture, and workforce transformation.
Support organizational change initiatives through effective change management and communications strategies.
Drive employee engagement, recognition, culture, and employee value proposition initiatives.
Develop leadership communications and cascade strategies to improve alignment and transparency.
Design and deliver employee events, campaigns, and programs that foster an inclusive and high-performing culture.
Measure employee sentiment and communication effectiveness, leveraging insights to continuously improve programs.
Corporate Communications & Reputation Management
Develop and execute corporate messaging and communication materials for internal and external audiences.
Lead communications for strategic business initiatives and sensitive or high-profile matters.
Manage reputation, issues, and crisis communications, ensuring coordinated enterprise-wide responses.
Oversee sustainability, corporate citizenship, and philanthropy communications, including the Altus Care program.
Collaborate with Investor Relations, Marketing, Product, and other business functions to ensure consistent and aligned messaging.
Executive Communications & Operations
Develop executive communications strategies that enhance visibility and credibility among employees, customers, investors, and industry stakeholders.
Oversee external communications activities, including press releases, social media narratives, and corporate content.
Build scalable communications processes and leverage AI tools and governance frameworks to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage communications budgets, agencies, vendors, and operational planning.
Foster strong cross-functional relationships with People & Culture, Legal, Marketing, Investor Relations, and business leaders.
Key Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, employee experience, or related fields, preferably within technology or data-driven organizations.
Demonstrated success translating business priorities into effective communications, engagement, and change management initiatives.

Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into compelling narratives.
