The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) is seeking a talented and motivated Product Design Lead to join our dynamic eB2B team. As a Product Design Lead, you will be responsible for driving the design strategy and execution for our B2B digital solutions which enable customer self-service across the Coca-Cola system. This role involves shaping product experiences that balance business needs with user-centric design, while guiding a team of designers to deliver innovative and transformative solutions.
You will play a key role in ensuring our digital platforms meet user needs while delivering results for the business. As a leader, you will advocate for user-centric design practices, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and oversee the design process from discovery to execution. You should have a strong point of view on design and best in class design systems.
Position Overview: The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) is seeking a talented and motivated Product Design Lead who will help mature our platform services, balancing craft and quality with innovation in user experiences. The primary focus for this role is on B2B products, with some exposure to B2C experiences. As a Product Design Lead, you will be responsible for driving the design strategy and execution for our B2B digital solutions which enable customer self-service across the Coca-Cola system. You will collaborate with cross-functional leaders to define and execute a strategic vision for products that include commerce, equipment service, supply chain, financial systems, and core platform elements like customer onboarding.
You’ll manage a partner provided full stack design team. You'll foster an inclusive culture that prioritizes transparency and collaboration. Your focus will be on ensuring a cohesive design framework, guiding your team in adopting and contributing to our unified design system. Identify opportunities for seamless, end-to-end user experiences across various portfolio initiatives, primarily focusing on self-service B2B web and mobile applications. Success in this role means driving a holistic strategy across your portfolio, while ensuring high-quality implementation of the vision.
Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of product designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.

Develop and execute design strategies for B2B platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

Conduct user research to gather insights and validate design decisions across web and mobile platforms.

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define requirements and create user-friendly, efficient designs.

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs while maintaining design systems and consistency.

Oversee the implementation of designs, ensuring they meet technical specifications and are validated through usability testing.

Use data and analytics to inform design decisions and assess the effectiveness of solutions.

Present design ideas and strategies to leadership, clearly articulating design rationale using data and user insights connecting the performance of designs with set OKRs and KPIs developed with each Product Manager.

Ensure the team is up to date with the latest design trends and best practices, continually innovating and improving design processes.
Key Qualifications:

Experience: 7+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing complex, user-centric solutions for both web and mobile.

Leadership: Proven experience in leading design teams, and influencing cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Design Expertise: Strong skills in UX design, user interface design, and B2B e-commerce platforms. Ability to balance high-level strategy with detailed design work.

Tools & Methodologies: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and experience with design systems, wireframing, and prototyping.

Analytical & Data-Driven: Ability to use data and user insights to inform design decisions and validate the effectiveness of design solutions.

Collaboration & Influence: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with product managers, engineers, and senior stakeholders.

Ownership & Initiative: A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a high degree of ownership and accountability for the design process.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience leading design for large-scale B2B platforms or enterprise products.

Expertise in user research methods such as usability studies, journey mapping, and persona creation.

Familiarity with agile methodologies and the ability to work in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.

Experience creating and maintaining design patterns and UX standards across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, web) and communication channels (email, sms, chat).

Experience with B2B tools, commerce, marketing tooling, Analytics & Dashboard design.

Pay Range:
$159,300 - $184,700
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
