Are you a seasoned digital professional with a passion for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement? We are seeking a Director of Digital Strategy to lead a function that spans hardware, software, and brand strategy—from product launch to long-term growth. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, and oversee digital transformation projects. The Director of Digital Strategy must be able to translate business needs into targeted digital experiences, manage budgets, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

What you will do to contribute to the company's success

  • Develop and implement digital strategies aligned with business goals and customer needs to drive full-funnel engagement and increase conversion.

  • Lead cross-functional teams (including front-end development, system architects, QA, BSAs, and UX/UI) to manage the intake, refinement, requirement gathering, sprint planning and execution of digital initiatives.

  • Analyze market trends, customer data and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaigns.

  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, IT, Legal, Dev Ops and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure processes align with and improve go-to-market strategies.

  • Define and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of digital programs, ensuring continuous performance improvement.

  • Ensure the technical infrastructure and architecture of digital platforms are robust, secure, and scalable.

  • Proactively research, evaluate, and recommend new AI-powered marketing technologies and platforms to enhance campaign performance, personalize customer experiences, and drive efficiency.

  • Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies into business operations to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the digital team.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with a strong focus on strategy development and execution, preferably within the telecommunications, mobile or fiber to the home industries.

  • CMS experience, preferably in Sitecore.

  • Deep understanding of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Power BI and web development technologies.
