Overview

As the Director of Digital Products, you’ll be the CIO’s deputy and play a critical leadership role in shaping the future of our technology organization. You will:

• Lead the delivery of core insurance platforms (policy administration, claims, underwriting, billing) and digital solutions (customer/agent portals, mobile, workflow automation).

• Oversee product managers, product owners, and business analysts aligned to business areas like Claims, Underwriting, Finance, HR, Legal, and Audit.

• Partner with business leaders to align technology with enterprise growth priorities.

• Drive system modernization, retiring legacy systems while building cloud-based, integrated, and automated solutions.

• Champion an outcome-based, innovative culture — ensuring solutions deliver measurable business value, not just project completion.

• Provide teams with the opportunity to drive innovation, exploring emerging technologies like AI, automation, and digital engagement.

• Serve as a visible leader in a high-growth environment, balancing rapid execution with long-term scalability.

Experience:

• 12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience (insurance or financial services strongly preferred).

• Proven success delivering core insurance systems and digital platforms.

• Experience leading system modernization and retiring legacy systems.

• Strong background in cloud infrastructure, enterprise integration, and automation.

• Demonstrated ability to partner with business leaders and align tech with growth strategies.

• Exceptional communicator and stakeholder manager, able to influence across executive and business teams.

• A proven change leader with a track record of driving innovation and outcomes in complex environments.
