This is a HYBRID position, 1-2 days in office - Our offices are located in New York, NY and Nashville, TN
What we are looking for:
Amsive is looking for a Director, Digital Media, to provide direct leadership and support to one of Amsive’s digital media teams, overseeing a portfolio of key agency clients and reports to the VP of Digital Advertising. This role requires an experienced innovator with the technical, communication, and strategic marketing skills necessary to continuously improve client performance. As well as develop internal teams' knowledge and skillsets and help grow Amsive’s business.
What you will be doing:

 
  • Strategic and day-to-day leadership of assigned agency accounts.
  • Managing a team of 3-5 direct reports and several indirect reports that support the team. Developing and training team and channel resources with opportunities to increase campaign performance and strengthen skills to help advance their careers
  • Partnering with clients on their marketing plans and on-site experience to improve their digital performance and profitability.
  • Hands-on management and optimization of ads in DSPs, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, Amazon, Pinterest, TikTok, and any other platform that fits our clients’ needs.
  • Ensuring testing schedules are up to date on all accounts, learnings are being applied throughout each account, and that tests focus on the areas with the highest potential returns.
  • Collaborating with our Client Experience team to ensure client strategy and performance are being met.
  • Working with the Analytics team on any tracking and reporting requirements.

Who you are:
 
  • 7+ years of hands-on digital advertising experience is required.
  • Experience managing sophisticated, demanding clients and client accounts, with a proven ability to increase client revenue and profitability.
  • Experience managing and training staff
  • Ability to find the story within the data. Not just the “what,” but the “why.”
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills, with a desire to lead a team of driven professionals.
