Are you a compassionate and experienced mental health professional with a passion for diagnostic assessments? We are seeking a Director of Diagnostics to join our client’s team in Bowling Green, KY. As a leader in the field of diagnostics, you will provide comprehensive psychological testing and assessments while guiding a dedicated team that is focused on making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Comprehensive Diagnostic Assessments: Provide a full range of psychological and diagnostic assessments, including scoring, interpretation, reporting, and clinical recommendations.

  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with intake departments and local referral sources to identify diagnostic needs and streamline services.

  • Material Management: Ensure assessment materials, protocols, and accessories are well-maintained and available for staff use.

  • Collaboration and Compliance: Work closely with the Director of Compliance to support external audits and maintain regulatory compliance.

  • Leadership and Support: Assist with the interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new staff while overseeing the quality of assessment administration and clinical reports.

  • Performance Management: Conduct performance evaluations for diagnostician staff, providing guidance on the selection and interpretation of assessment instruments.

Necessary Qualifications:
  • Education: Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.

  • Experience: 2+ years of post-degree clinical experience required.

  • Licenses: Must hold one of the following licenses:

    • Licensed Psychological Practitioner (LPP)

    • Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP)

  • Driver's License: Valid Regular Driver License (DL) required.
