About LoopMe

LoopMe uses AI to change how brand advertising is bought, measured, and optimised. Where most adtech platforms optimise for impressions or clicks, we optimise for what actually matters to brands — awareness, purchase intent, foot traffic, and sales. Our outcomes-based approach consistently delivers 2–5x the performance of industry benchmarks, which is why the world's leading brands, agencies, and publishers work with us.

We've grown at 40% CAGR every year since 2018, generating over $2 billion in cumulative gross revenue, and we're building toward $1 billion in annual revenue. That growth is powered by a 400-person global team across 19 cities — and by commercial talent that knows how to sell something genuinely differentiated in a crowded market. If you want to represent a product that wins on results, not relationships alone, this is the right place.

The opportunity

This is a senior commercial leadership role driving LoopMe's demand growth across the Chinese programmatic ecosystem. You own the APAC demand strategy and the key partner relationships that underpin it, working closely with regional and global leadership to align commercial execution with product and platform priorities. You manage the regional demand team, based in Beijing, and report directly to the Chief Business Officer.

What you'll do

  • Define and execute LoopMe's demand strategy for APAC, ensuring the programmatic value proposition is tailored to the commercial and technical needs of Chinese DSPs and platform partners
  • Own strategic relationships with Tier-1 demand partners — including Temu and ByteDance — developing them from transactional engagements into long-term collaborations that drive scalable revenue
  • Lead and develop the regional demand team, expanding partner coverage and supporting the team to hit ambitious growth targets
  • Partner with global leadership to surface data-driven insights on APAC trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics that shape product development
  • Drive alignment between regional commercial goals and global product cycles to increase APAC agility and revenue performance
  • Integrate new hires successfully and develop existing team members into more senior, autonomous roles

What you'll bring

Essential

  • 8+ years in AdTech, MarTech, or programmatic, with experience in a senior commercial or partnership leadership role
  • Established relationships across the Chinese Big Tech landscape, with a working knowledge of the commercial rhythms and technical requirements of Chinese DSPs and platform partners
  • Native-level Mandarin and professional-level English, with the ability to operate effectively between a Beijing-based team and global headquarters
  • Experience closing and expanding complex partnerships with sophisticated global partners
  • A track record of growing demand revenue in the APAC programmatic market

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with outcomes-based or AI-driven advertising platforms
  • Experience coordinating regional commercial priorities with a global product or leadership team
  • Existing relationships with Chinese DSPs and platform partners beyond current LoopMe partnerships
