As a Director, Demand Generation, you'll be a driving force in our demand generation engine. You’ll own the strategy, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that fuel our pipeline and drive business growth. You’re a data-driven and creative marketer who thrives on analyzing campaign performance, identifying areas for optimization, and constantly iterating to achieve ambitious results. What you’ll do:
Campaign Development & Execution:
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., email, webinars, events, social, trade pubs, and more), working within established strategies and guidelines.
Define campaign plans, channels, ABM approaches, and timelines, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business objectives.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and maximize impact.
Manage campaign deliverables, ensuring projects stay on track, within budget, and adhere to quality standards.
Leverage AI agents and automated frameworks to eliminate repetitive tasks, freeing your time for high-level strategy and creative problem-solving.
Content & Messaging:
Collaborate with the content and portfolio marketing teams to develop compelling campaign messaging and content that resonates with target audiences.
Ensure brand consistency and adherence to messaging guidelines across all campaign assets.
Data-Driven Reporting, Analysis & Optimization:
Ability to translate complex data into executive-level standardized readouts that focus on pipeline momentum and ROI rather than just open rates.
Maintain status reports for all current campaigns, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Sales Enablement:
Empower BDR and Sales teams with the tools and insights needed to turn leads into relationships.
Through regular 'Smarketing' updates and the strategic use of Seismic and Demandbase, you will foster a collaborative environment where sales and marketing move with a shared sense of purpose.
What You Need:
5+ years of experience in Demand Generation or Digital Marketing. While a mix of B2B and B2C experience is acceptable, at least 3 years of experience in a B2B environment is required.
Bachelor's degree
Exceptional communication skills with a focus on building a collaborative, results-oriented culture
Technical system literacy in systems similar to or including Salesforce, Pardot, Demandbase, Consensus, and the Google Suite
Ability to translate complex data into executive-level analysis, reporting, and presentation
