Essential Functions
- Own accountability for SQL generation goals, ensuring quality, volume, and conversion across all demand channels.
- Build and lead a high-performing team to design, execute, and optimize integrated demand programs that consistently produce SQLs.
- Build and refine the processes that manage full-funnel conversion activities, ensuring visibility, consistency, and scalability.
- Employ an experimentation mindset, leveraging pilots to test, learn, and optimize SQL performance.
- Infuse emerging technology, including AI-driven tools and strategies, to advance demand generation effectiveness and scalability.
- Partner with Sales to define SQL criteria, improve lead handoff, and drive alignment on shared KPIs.
- Measure and report on SQL performance, cost per SQL, and ROI to inform strategy and budget decisions.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, or Digital Acquisition.
- Proven success running multi-channel B2B programs (paid media, email, automation, SEO, content, social).
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills; adept at attribution, funnel metrics, and ROI optimization.
- Experienced in lifecycle analytics, lead capture, and revenue impact measurement.
- Entrepreneurial, innovative, and comfortable driving change in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across functions and levels.
- Hands-on experience managing marketing spend and leveraging tools like Pardot and Salesforce.

Working Environment/Physical Demands
- Remote within the United States
- Works generally at a desk in a well-lighted, air-conditioned cubicle/office, with moderate noise levels.
