About the position:
We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Director of Demand Generation to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of B2B marketing campaigns focused on the Life Sciences industry. This role is critical in driving pipeline growth, accelerating customer acquisition, and optimizing full-funnel marketing performance. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of B2B demand generation strategies, account-based marketing (ABM), and digital marketing tactics tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities within the Life Sciences sector .
This is a high-impact role that requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Senior Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and Sales/Marketing Operations to ensure alignment on revenue-driving initiatives.
What you'll do:
Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth within the Life Sciences market.
  • Own pipeline and revenue goals , partnering with Sales to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
  • Lead account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives to target key Life Sciences accounts with personalized, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Leverage data and analytics to continuously refine campaign strategies and improve marketing ROI.

Campaign Execution & Optimization
  • Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns including paid media, content marketing, email nurture programs, SEO, webinars, and events.
  • Optimize lead generation and conversion strategies , improving MQL-to-SQL conversion rates and pipeline velocity.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing to develop compelling messaging, content, and positioning tailored for Life Sciences buyers.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to refine lead scoring, tracking, and attribution models for more accurate performance measurement.

Collaboration & Enablement
  • Align with Sales leadership to ensure marketing initiatives support pipeline goals and enable effective lead follow-up.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Ops & Analytics to monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide insights for optimization.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors to maximize marketing impact.

What you'll need:
  • 7+ years of direct experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or related roles, in Life Sciences, Healthcare, and SaaS industries .
  • Proven track record of developing and executing high-performing demand generation campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth. Please be prepared to provide specific campaign examples, along with key metrics and outcomes.
  • Strong expertise in account-based marketing (ABM), paid media, SEO, email marketing, and digital demand generation tactics .
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo/HubSpot) and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) .
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, report on key metrics, and optimize marketing performance.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and other cross-functional leadership.
  • Knowledge of Life Sciences industry trends, buyer personas, and regulatory considerations is required .
