Welcome to Manhattan. Every day, our supply chain commerce technology connects two billion people to 20 billion consumer choices. In the warehouse, on the road and in the store, we make what was once impossible, possible. If you want to tackle complex problems and redefine markets, you’ve come to the right place.

Overview

We are seeking a senior marketing leader to drive pipeline growth and revenue impact through integrated, data-driven marketing campaigns across the Americas.

Reporting to VP, Field Marketing, the Senior Director Demand Generation and Growth, Americas, will own the regional demand generation and ABM strategy, leading high-impact campaigns across digital, field marketing, events, content, and account-based programs. You will partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Creative, and Events to accelerate deals, expand existing accounts, and increase market penetration in priority industries. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader and cross-functional partner who combines strategic thinking with operational excellence and is comfortable translating data into clear insights and executive-level recommendations.

Day in the Life

  • Own the Americas integrated marketing strategy aligned to revenue goals, ICPs, and priority accounts.
  • Lead account-based and buying-group focused campaigns tied directly to pipeline creation, acceleration, and revenue.
  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns that balance near-term pipeline impact with long-term brand leadership.
  • Provide clear creative and messaging direction to internal teams and agencies to deliver differentiated, high-quality programs.
  • Define success metrics, measure performance across the funnel, and continuously optimize campaigns.
  • Set the strategic framework for regional field marketing and industry events with a focus on ROI.
  • Present insights, results, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Coach and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, experimentation, and continuous improvement

What we need from You

  • 12 to 15 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS or high-growth software companies.
  • 7 or more years of experience leading and developing marketing teams.
  • Proven success driving revenue-focused demand generation and ABM campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and narratives.
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales and senior leadership in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Demandbase.
  • Comfort operating in modern, AI-enabled marketing environments.

Why This Role Matters

You will play a critical role in shaping regional go-to-market strategy and influencing revenue outcomes, with the opportunity to build scalable growth programs and elevate Marketing as a strategic partner to the business.

Manhattan Associates Compensation & Benefits Highlights

The following summarizes recurring compensation and benefits themes identified from responses generated by popular LLMs to common candidate questions about Manhattan Associates and has not been reviewed or approved by Manhattan Associates.

  • Fair & Transparent Compensation Pay is generally characterized as on par with industry standards and often described as fair or above average, with stronger competitiveness in certain roles and at higher seniority. The overall picture suggests a “solid but not standout” base-compensation experience that can feel better when variable pay or role leverage is higher.
  • Wellbeing & Lifestyle Benefits Well-being programs are positioned as a notable strength, including mental-health resources and support tools such as Headspace access, an EAP, and financial-wellness offerings. These lifestyle-oriented extras appear to elevate the perceived total rewards value beyond salary alone.
  • Parental & Family Support Family-support benefits are highlighted through caregiving assistance (e.g., Care.com access) and the presence of maternity and paternity/partner leave. The existence of dedicated family and caregiver support contributes positively to the overall benefits perception.
