matrix organization with data scientists, data engineers and decision science managers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, recommend and
implement analytical solutions to support CTI business. Actively participate in strategic planning, project management and hands-on involvement in
complex data analysis.
- Develop innovative analytical solutions, like segmentation, predictive modeling, simulation modeling, Machine learning, AI/GenAI and optimization
- Develop presentation decks and communicate clearly to business leaders in EMEA, US and India
- Work with data strategy to ensure data quality and curated data tables that feed in analytical models
- Participate in Center of Excellence (CoE), provide guidance across Ameriprise businesses
- Demonstrate thought leadership in solving complex business problems
- Monitor execution of analytical solutions, offer course correction guidance as needed
- Identify business needs and engage senior leaders in EMEA to provide analytical support for business problems. Build business relationships and create presence for EDAI in EMEA
