You will lead the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and deal negotiation through campaign delivery and performance optimization, ensuring client satisfaction and revenue performance. Your leadership will shape commercial strategy, influence product development, and drive innovation in media activation, pricing, and data monetization.

Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth and media adoption across digital channels.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing account executives ; establish KPIs, manage performance, and support career development.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior clients and internal executives, fostering long-term relationships that grow revenue and deepen engagement.
- Identify emerging market opportunities, new business prospects, and partner channels to expand Acxiom’s commercial footprint.
Advanced Yield & Revenue Optimization
- Oversee and execute media pricing, packaging, and inventory strategies to optimize revenue across O&O and partner platforms.
- Collaborate with Finance and Revenue Operations to enhance forecasting accuracy and financial planning.
- Leverage analytics, industry benchmarks, and competitive insights to implement yield optimization frameworks and drive profitability.
End-to-End Media Planning & Execution
- Translate client briefs and RFPs into compelling, insight-driven media plans using Acxiom’s proprietary data and media assets.
- Partner cross-functionally with Ad Ops, Product, Technology, and Marketing to deliver innovative and scalable solutions.
- Oversee campaign execution including trafficking, launch, pacing, and optimization to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned to commitments.
- Troubleshoot proactively to resolve issues, mitigate risk, and uphold client satisfaction.
Data-Driven Insights & Reporting
- Lead post-campaign reporting and analytics efforts, translating performance into actionable business insights.
- Present results and strategic recommendations in executive-level business reviews.
- Promote adoption of advanced reporting dashboards, visualization tools, and performance frameworks to increase transparency and responsiveness.
Cross-Functional Innovation & Industry Leadership
- Serve as a key contributor in sales process transformation, technology integration, and product innovation initiatives.
- Champion operational excellence by introducing automation, scalable processes, and best practices in sales and campaign delivery.
- Represent Acxiom externally at industry events, forums, and client engagements to build visibility and thought leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership or digital advertising within a media network, publisher, or agency environment.
- Proven success managing complex sales cycles and achieving multimillion-dollar revenue targets across Fortune 500 companies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a matrixed, fast-paced, and innovative environment.
- Experience in verticals such as retail, travel, or financial services is a strong plus.
Primary Work Location: New York, NY
Work Model: Hybrid(3 days onsite/2 off)
Salary: $123,750 - $173,750. Please note, where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, location, pertinent experience, and qualifications.”
