Director, Business and Data Analytics, SPA
The Role
Be part of a team on the cutting edge of development and delivery of sales performance KPIs and dashboards and insights for FW associates / field leaders for the purpose of measurement, coaching, and assessment of variable compensation and annual bonuses
As a member of the FW HR Sales Performance and Analytics Product team, the Business and Data Analytics Director will help lead Business Analytics (BA) and Business Intelligence and Consulting (BIC) associate’s in support of delivery teams. This position will provide oversight in delivering actionable insides, dashboards, KPIs and metrics, and analytical solutions that improve business performance, customer outcomes, and operational efficiency.
This role partners closely with FW leaders, serves as a primary consultative advisor to Product Leaders and business partners, and supports the Product Leader in ensuring the team has the right skills and capabilities to meet business needs.

- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales/compensation performance analytics, BI and data team
- Build scalable processes for analytics delivery and stakeholder support
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Extensive data analytics experience, with demonstrated ability to build strong foundations and deliver relevant tools/views/products for leadership
- Analytical business problem solver who can ask questions, and use analytics to frame problems, opportunities, and solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Proven track-record of strong relationship management, with a particular affinity to taking a consultative approach to partnering with stakeholders
- Product ownership mindset with the ability to influence key stakeholders
- Strong people leadership, coaching, and development experience
- Strong execution and results orientation with the ability to balance driving toward an ideal state with the reality of bringing stakeholders along the change journey.
- Expertise in working with database applications/architecture and data visualization tools like Tableau, Alteryx, Excel, SQL, other query tools, PowerPoint etc.
- Experience working with sales performance data (headcount, attrition, movement, Workforce Connect, etc.) strongly preferred
- Comfort meeting with and presenting to leaders to review data findings, summarize key points and dig into detail when necessary.

Sales Operations and Compensation build sales performance management processes, variable compensation plans and supporting technology to enhance our Associates’ and Leaders’ experience and align with the evolving needs of our clients and Wealth’s strategic direction. We enable the success of front office programs and support business responsiveness and market opportunities through the design and delivery of Business Intelligence (BI) capabilities that align to FW’s data and BI strategies. Additionally, we improve our associate and leader experiences by providing performance measurement applications and solutions that use insightful data-driven analytics.
