Customers and Partners Marketing play a critical role in driving pipeline, revenue, and long-term growth.
We are looking for a Director of Customers & Partners Marketing who knows how to translate strategy into execution, turn ideas into measurable business impact, and take full ownership of numbers, teams, budgets, and results.
This role operates at the intersection of HQ, Corporate Marketing, Growth, Product Marketing, regional GMs, Sales, and Customer Success, and reports directly to the CMO. Success in this role requires strong business acumen, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to influence at scale across global markets.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Lead, manage, and develop a global Customers & Partners Marketing team across four continents, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and team scaling.
- Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance expectations for regional teams and leaders.
- Own measurable performance scorecards, including pipeline generation, conversion, velocity, expansion, and ROI.
- Build and execute annual and quarterly Field and Customer Marketing plans aligned with GTM strategy, ICPs, vertical priorities, and sales targets.
- Partner closely with regional GMs, Sales leaders, Growth, Product Marketing, and Corporate Marketing to ensure alignment and execution.
- Manage regional marketing budgets, investment decisions, and ROI with full accountability.
- Drive pipeline growth and deal acceleration through ABM, Associations, local affiliates and influencers, field activations, ROI driven industry, prospects and customers and events and activities, partner programs, and executive-level engagements.
- Ensure strong alignment from MQL to SQL in close collaboration with Sales.
- Strengthen Nayax’s market presence through thought leadership, PR collaboration, industry associations, and customer advocacy, regionally with a cultural, local touch and feel.
- Apply best-in-class Customer and Partner Marketing practices with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience managing global, distributed marketing teams.
- Proven leadership experience in Field, Customer, or Partner Marketing roles within global B2B high-tech companies.
- Strong hands-on experience managing marketing budgets aligned to GTM and sales targets.
- Solid understanding of P&Ls and revenue-driven planning.
- Demonstrated track record of measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
- Passion for technology businesses, including hardware, software, and platforms.
- Experience in payments or fintech, a strong advantage.
- Comfortable working with senior Sales leaders, regional GMs, and Finance.
- Fluent English — mandatory.
- German or Dutch — a strong advantage.
