About the team:
Vivian Health is a remote first, 100+ person company that is at the forefront of transforming the healthcare staffing landscape. The Customer Success team is dedicated to building strong relationships to help customers maximize their revenues and operational efficiencies through optimal use of the Vivian platform.
What you’ll do:
As the Vice President, Customer Success - Agency, you will be a pivotal leader in onboarding and nurturing sustainable relationships with our healthcare staffing agency clients. You will create and implement a detailed customer engagement and revenue growth playbook for various Provider organizations. Leading a team of 7 Customer Success Managers (CSMs), you will drive growth for Vivian through the following responsibilities:
- Lead and Develop: Manage and coach our existing team of CSMs to foster a collaborative and performance-driven culture
- Build Customer Playbooks: Collaborate with CSMs to develop and implement customer playbooks, ensuring Agency partners achieve maximum success with the Vivian platform
- Identify Key Metrics: Develop and manage key customer success metrics across the Agency account base to align customer capabilities with service models and revenue optimization
- Foster Client Engagement: Meet directly with clients to ensure engagement of customer leadership and execution of mutually-developed performance goals that drive revenue growth
- Customer Advocacy: Act as the champion for key customers to ensure their needs are reflected in product roadmapping and company strategy
- Partner with Sales: Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure effective team selling during the sales cycle and continuously improve Sales-Customer Success handoff quality
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant managerial experience in customer success, implementation, or project management, preferably in Health Tech
- Proven ability to create and execute ambitious growth plans and think strategically to achieve them
- Experience working with customer executives and project teams to build effective growth plans, playbooks, and success metrics
- Exceptional team leadership skills with a track record of supporting team development and achieving business results
What we provide: (Benefits & Perks)
The estimated compensation for this position is $170,000 yearly salary, with on target earnings of up to $260,000, plus company equity in the form of Stock Appreciation Rights. The compensation is dependent on job-related factors such as experience, education, and skills. This is based on a full-time schedule.
