This position will be a hybrid work arrangement. You will receive 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval. For example, you may choose to work in the office 4 days per week and take one remote day weekly (typically 13 weeks per quarter), leaving 5 additional remote days to be used as needed.
We are seeking a Director, CRM Product Owner to support the delivery and enhancement of our Salesforce platform. Ideally, someone experienced in the design, implementation, and delivery of Salesforce, and other related technology platforms, within a Private Markets or Asset Management business. Working closely with the Vice President, Product Manager, CRM Digital Solutions, this role focuses on Product backlog ownership, translating business needs into high-quality CRM solutions that improve user workflows, the integrity of client-data, and adoption.
The ideal candidate is someone who has:- An expert level understanding of Salesforce data model (Institutions/Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Activities)
- Strong knowledge of client-data models, MDM concepts, and data integrations
- Keen awareness of data platforms such as Snowflake and end-to-end data flows
- A deep understanding of release management and environment lifecycles
- Own and manage the Salesforce CRM Institutional product backlog, including user stories, prioritization, and acceptance criteria
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable stories for Agile delivery
- Partner with collaborators across IR, Client Service, Operations, Technology, and Data teams
- Drive day-to-day sprint execution and participate in Agile ceremonies
- Support UAT, defect triage, and release readiness
- Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies
Client Data & Data Platforms
- Define and manage requirements for client data (Institutions/Accounts, Contacts, Investors, Hierarchies & Relationships)
- Partner with data teams to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and governance
- Support integration of Salesforce with data platforms (e.g., MDM, Snowflake, Client Portal & downstream systems)
- Help resolve data quality issues and improve data capture at source
Data Analytics & Insights
- Support delivery of CRM reporting and dashboards aligned to business needs
- Partner with analytics teams to define KPIs, metrics, and data requirements
- Enable better pipeline visibility, client insights, and performance tracking through CRM data
- Measurable improvements in client data quality and completeness
- Increased reporting accuracy and business insight availability
Adoption & Continuous Improvement
- Enable user adoption and CRM engagement through training, demos, and iterative improvements
- Find opportunities to improve workflows, usability, and process efficiency
- And other responsibilities as required
- Experience with Salesforce CRM in financial services (preferred)
- Strong Agile delivery and backlog management experience
- Superb communication and stakeholder-collaboration skills
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
- Bachelor of Arts (B.A) or Bachelor of Science (B.S) or equivalent experience required
- Master of Science (M.S.), Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent experience would be a plus
- 6–10 years of experience in Product Ownership, CRM delivery & Business Analysis

Base Salary Range$180,000.00 - $190,000.00
This USD base salary range represents only one component of total compensation for this role and is provided in accordance with local requirements. This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which is determined based on individual and overall firm performance. In addition to salary and bonus, total compensation may include eligibility for long-term reward programs and a comprehensive total rewards package that may include retirement, health, insurance, paid time off, and wellness programs. Our total rewards offerings are influenced by several business factors, and eligibility for certain components will vary by position and geography. Please note the posted ranges do not apply outside the U.S. and should not be converted to other currencies as a proxy for compensation in other countries.
