As Director, Commercial Platforms & Customer Capabilities, you will set the vision for our commercial platform portfolio and turn business priorities into connected, intuitive solutions that help teams serve customers and accelerate growth.
You will lead a global team and partner with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Customer Experience, Sales Operations, Marketing, Customer Service, Innovation, Supply Chain, regional businesses and Digital Technology Solutions (IT).
What you will do· Shape commercial capability strategy – Define the multi-year vision, roadmap for Ingredion’s commercial platform portfolio, translating enterprise priorities into scalable capabilities, operating requirements, investment cases and a sequenced plan for growth.
· Product management and portfolio governance – Establish disciplined product and portfolio practices that focus on measurable business value, including clear product vision, discovery, roadmaps, requirements, release planning, lifecycle decisions and defined ownership.
· Advance CRM and customer platforms – Guide the global business strategy and governance for CRM and commercial platforms, creating consistency and greater value across customer, sales and service workflows.
· Scale knowledge, AI and automation – Translate priorities from Customer Experience and business priorities into scalable knowledge, self-service, transactional, service and automation capabilities, enterprise knowledge that simplify work, improve decisions and enhance the customer experience.
· Orchestrate portfolio investment and delivery – Lead transparent prioritization, funding recommendations and portfolio trade-offs, resolving cross-product dependencies and balancing global standards with justified regional needs.
Develop a high-performing team and strong partnerships – Inspire, coach and grow a global multidisciplinary team across platform management, product ownership, business analysis and knowledge,. while building the cross-functional relationships needed to move priorities from strategy to delivery.
What you will bring·A bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience; an MBA or advanced degree is an advantage.
·Significant leadership experience in B2B commercial platforms, CRM, digital product management or commercial transformation within a global, matrixed organisation.
·A track record of shaping multi-year product or platform strategies, investment cases, governance and portfolio decisions.
·Strong product-management skills and the ability to translate business needs into clear workflows, roadmaps, requirements and outcomes.
·Experience leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders across functions, regions and technology partners.
·Working knowledge of Salesforce ecosystems, customer and service platforms, enterprise knowledge, generative AI, intelligent search or automation.

$181,400.00-$241,866.67 AnnualThis pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).
Incentive Compensation:
As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
