What you'll do:

What you'll bring:
- AdTech Expertise: 10+ years experience with a strong track record of successfully leading mid-market sales teams within the Programmatic Advertising, AdTech, or a closely related digital advertising environment is essential.
- Growth Acceleration: Demonstrated ability to drive significant and measurable revenue growth across multiple European markets.
- Process Innovation: Proven experience in building and implementing robust sales processes and infrastructure that support consistent and scalable performance.
- New Business Acumen: A history of developing and executing successful new customer acquisition strategies, particularly in driving advertiser growth.
- Exceptional Leadership: A dynamic and inspiring leader with a passion for creating a positive, energetic, and goal-oriented team environment where individuals are motivated to achieve their best.
