  • Own the comprehensive financial, strategic, and operational analysis to evaluate acquisition and investment opportunities, and present compelling recommendations to senior management and the executive team.

  • Direct the end-to-end execution of complex M&A transactions globally, serving as the primary negotiation lead and leading the deal process with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Coordinate large cross-functional teams (including internal business, finance, legal, and talent partners) and third-party advisors.

  • Develop corporate research and strategy initiatives, including market research and intelligence, to identify and evaluate new business areas and opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 10-15+ years of progressive M&A experience in investment banking, private equity, and/or corporate development, with a clear track record of leading complex, high-value transactions. M&E and/or Tech experience is a plus.

  • Exceptional executive presence, strategic thinking, and ability to partner with and influence senior management and executive stakeholders.

  • Advanced technical M&A experience, including financial analysis, valuation, structuring, market terms and legal documentation negotiations.

  • Proven self-starter with the ability to own and drive multiple large-scale projects and deal executions simultaneously from start to finish, in a deadline-driven setting.

  • Proven ability to establish and drive M&A best practices, improve team efficiency, and mentor junior team members.

  • High tolerance for ambiguity and the capacity to deliver results in a dynamic and ever-changing global environment.

  • Clear, concise, and compelling written and verbal communication.
