Cornerstone Advisors is seeking a Director of Contract Negotiation to join our high-performing Contracts Solutions team. This is a senior, client-facing role where you’ll lead complex negotiations for banking and financial technology clients—shaping multimillion-dollar outcomes and delivering measurable value.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead contract negotiations with third-party technology providers (pricing, business terms, service levels)
- Advise banking clients and internal teams on negotiation strategy and contract structure
- Collaborate cross-functionally with consultants, legal teams, and client stakeholders
- Leverage proprietary pricing data and contract frameworks to drive optimal outcomes
- Manage multiple complex engagements with minimal oversight
- Provide real-time strategic guidance during negotiations
- Protect intellectual property and ensure best-in-class contract standards
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of relevant experience (financial services strongly preferred)
- Proven success negotiating complex pricing and business terms
- Strong analytical skills (including modeling pricing in Excel)
- Exceptional communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and strong independent judgment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience negotiating technology contracts (banking, fintech, consulting, etc.)
- Existing relationships with banking or credit union executives
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Experience leading projects and mentoring team members
- High emotional intelligence and strong client leadership presence
