Bosch Management Consulting (BMC/IC) is the internal management consultancy of the Bosch-Group. We focus on strategic inhouse projects that drive the effective transformation and continued development of our businesses within Bosch. Our consulting teams support senior management within the Bosch Group on strategic, organizational, and operational topics and provide support to improve the business performance of our customers substantially and sustainably.

Job DescriptionAt BMC/IC you work in cross functional team in close collaboration with our internal customers on complex projects and provide impactful and tailored solutions the top management across the Bosch-Group. - You lead and deliver restructuring consulting projects in close collaboration with the key stakeholders on customer side (Division and/ or BU heads).
- You drive knowledge building and toolbox development to enhance our BMC/IC restructuring expertise.
- You build and lead a team of specialized restructuring consultants.
- You scope consulting projects jointly with the responsible partner and the customer.
- You will drive the overall analytical approach in line with strategic overarching objectives of the Bosch-Group.
- You challenge and derive conclusions and provide impactful and feasible recommendations to our internal clients.
- You benefit from a trustful environment with highly motivated and inspiring colleagues driving for impact while assuring a work-life-balance.
- Education: University degree in business, economics, engineering, or industrial engineering or similar; having an MBA is an advantage
- Experience and Knowledge: >4 years of experience from relevant previous position, such as (leading) restructuring management consultancy firm or potentially from a smaller boutique firm; experience from leading high-impact turnaround projects across multiple industries, with many stakeholders, coordination of consulting and client teams; profound knowledge of consulting toolbox and especially restructuring toolbox; profound expertise about financials and key operational metrics
- Qualifications: International background and working experiences are a plus
- Personality and Working Practice: Proven analytical capabilities and ability to distil information and present conclusions clearly; entrepreneurial spirit and strong creativity to apply for problem solution; excellent communication skills; excellent team player; self-motivated with a “can do” attitude; customer orientation
- Languages: Fluent in English and comprehensive skills in German is an advantage
