Position Summary

The Director of Compliance is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the organization’s adherence to federal laws and regulations, including FCPA, UK bribery Act and other related requirements.  This role requires a heavy focus on compliance audits, internal processes, evaluating, assessing and managing risk, corrective actions, ethics, compliance and investigations, vendor and contractor vetting, and consultant reviews.  The individual will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to include suppliers, customers and JV entities to maintain effective compliance processes and contribute to the successful management of our worldwide lottery business.

Job Duties

  •  Drive regulatory compliance and risk management for designated geographical areas assigned.
  • Conduct risk assessments internally and with suppliers to mitigate compliance risks.
  • Assist with internal and external audits.
  • Conduct investigations.
  • Assist with government inquiries.
  • Provide guidance on compliance and risk management for business engagements.
  • Coordinate and implement training programs on compliance topics for employees, contractors and partners.
  • Collaborate with cross functional team members to maintain and improve compliance processes.
  • Build and maintain best practices for compliance standards.

Responsibilities

Required

  •  Bachelor’s degree
  • 15+ years of investigative experience at the federal or state level.
  • Extensive experience conducting sophisticated financial crimes investigations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven ability to take complex information and translate it to clear communications.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong collaboration and relationship development skills
