Job Description Summary:

The Stakeholder and Social Impact Management team at Coca-Cola North America Operating Unit is responsible for community engagement, philanthropy, community and cause marketing, employee volunteerism, disaster relief, and other key functions that bring to life Coca-Cola’s purpose to refresh the world and make a difference.  The team leverages the full strength of the Coca-Cola system through its assets, expertise and networks to create shared value for communities and partners. This approach is grounded in deep, collaborative relationships that align partner needs with Coca-Cola’s social impact priorities, while also empowering employees through meaningful volunteer opportunities.
 

Focus, Scope, & Impact

  • Lead the day-to-day management of strategic nonprofit partnerships across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico by designing, executing, and evaluating stakeholder engagement strategies that drive measurable community impact and enhance system reputation.

  • Coordinate disaster relief efforts in collaboration with bottling partners, cross-functional teams, and external organizations. Respond to crises in real time across NAOU territories while proactively strengthening disaster readiness through integrated planning and scenario-based response frameworks.

  • Drive community value creation by partnering with nonprofits and internal teams to identify and activate opportunities for cause marketing, employee volunteerism, and innovative social impact initiatives that advance nonprofit missions and generate shared value for the Coca-Cola system.

  • Collaborate with the Stakeholder & Social Impact Management team and The Coca-Cola Foundation to align and prioritize philanthropic investments that reflect community needs and strategic impact goals.

  • Conduct deep intelligence gathering on nonprofit organizations and community sectors to uncover trends, map engagement opportunities, and assess new partnership potential through data-driven analysis.

  • Leverage digital community management tools to build system-wide intelligence and support informed decision-making across stakeholder and social impact initiatives.

  • Steward nonprofit relationships to maximize public visibility of Coca-Cola’s social impact, capturing compelling proof points and success stories that reinforce the company’s purpose-driven narrative.

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. 

  • 12+ years of experience leading partnership development and management, with direct accountability for crafting and executing strategies that deliver mutual value. 

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across sectors and build coalitions that drive shared outcomes and sustainable impact. 

  • Strong business acumen and proven success managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously, balancing strategic priorities with operational execution.

Work Focus

This individual will build and scale strategic, value-based partnerships with nonprofit organizations across community sectors, leveraging volunteerism to deepen impact and deliver mutual value. They will also coordinate disaster relief readiness and response, aligning bottling partners and cross-functional teams for integrated action across NAOU territories.

Communication Focus 

  • Manage communication with portfolio partners and stakeholders; respond to unsolicited requests.

  • Manage disaster relief response and provide updates to NAOU leaders in partnership with bottlers.

  • Gather and analyze sector intelligence to optimize sector strategies, target investments in line with social priorities, and enhance system reputation.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations on our social strategy and impact to internal and external audiences.

Mastery of (required):

  • Partnership development and influencing with ability to create value for all involved

  • Customer or Stakeholder management experience

  • Strategy planning, articulation and implementation

  • Project management and Digital Acumen

  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication skills

Broad expertise in (good to have):

Pay Range:

$162,800 - $186,900

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
