Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership, Commercial Execution and Cross-functional Collaboration:

Lead the training delivery team and their certification activities in North Asia cluster; lead meaningful and bespoke solutions across the training continuum including but not limited to New Product Launches, Sales Meetings, Sales Enablement Academies, FST program, and market development / growth initiatives with innovative and robust certification standards to ensure sales readiness to achieve revenue and profit targets for the franchise. Ensure all training programs and materials are aligned to current business needs and properly integrate global selling methodologies (e.g. Challenger Selling). Strong collaboration and alignment with North Asia Senior Leadership Team and routine stakeholder alignment with Commercial Planning, Commercial Excellence, and Global Training Operations.

Global/International to North Asia Strategy Alignment: 

Collaborate with Global and local leaders to customize content and delivery approach to achieve 80% global standardization and 20% local customization (as a guideline)

Contribute to the design and development of global to local franchise certification pathways including but not limited to new hires, current sellers, advanced training, recertifications, product launches, sales manager training, and sales enablement programs.

Performance and Impact Monitoring:

Routine collaboration with Global Training Operations and Manager for evaluation and measurement of Training priorities, effectiveness, and impact to our business with monthly and quarterly KPI reporting to North Asia LT

Training delivery:

Maintain involvement on everyday training delivery. The role is intended to also be a 'player coach' who leads the team, as well as delivering the training that is appropriate to their experience and skill set.

Marketing Excellence:

Leverage Big Picture marketing framework for strategy planning, and provide comprehensive planning templates to guide the process.

Establish a robust planning and reviewing process to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.

Provide continuous learning opportunities for the marketing team to enhance their skills

Facilitate the integration of the marketing plan with sales execution to ensure cohesive and effective strategies. This includes overseeing the entire process from marketing strategy planning to sales plan development, sales activity execution, tracking performance, and revising/improving plans as necessary.

Education: University Level degree required; Graduate degree preferred

Experience:

Must have at least 10+ years of combined commercial experience in sales, sales management, marketing, sales/commercial training in healthcare companies preferred.

Proficient knowledge of learning science and instructional design

Experience with global learning platforms (e.g., Allego, LMS)

Proven leadership / people management with demonstrated impact and influence, excellent coaching and talent development skills

 Experience developing and presenting strategies and complex business cases to senior management
