As the Director, Commercial Strategy and Operations, you will lead the development and amplification of the SSD package diversification initiatives like system health, affordability, SKU prioritization, key alignment initiatives with NPSG and bottlers and support the SSD category commercial strategy and operations team to execute the category packaging plans. This includes testing and learning, scaling tests to national launches, developing success metrics, aligning on tracking methodology, reporting and adapting and building a roadmap for scale. This role will be pivotal in the long-term success of the OBPPC Roadmap for growth and will work hand in hand with RGM, channel, franchise and commercial operations.
What You’ll Do for Us
Act as the commercial lead in the organization for package diversification initiatives working hand in hand with cross functionals to build scalable plans to test, launch, learn and scale priority packages across markets. This role will build the plans for tests and pilots and work with bottlers and customers to develop the tools and playbooks to achieve desired in market results. This will be a highly visible and system / franchise forward role that will need to work with and influence bottlers and customers to gain alignment. This requires the knowledge and the focus to drive tough discussions with customers and category teams on prioritization and alignment on the biggest and best ideas. The commercial terms of the initiative will be imperative to understand the true value of the opportunity and someone with sales and franchise experience will do well in this capacity. This role will also have the opportunity to support engagement routines to amplify our commercial strategies with our key stakeholders of Retail Teams and Franchise Leadership.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree; MBA or other Graduate Degree Preferred

5-10 Years of experience, preferably in the consumer goods/beverages industry

Leadership and experience working across multiple channels – e.g., large store, small store, and Foodservice/On Premise channels

Brand/category management experience

Proven track record of ability to not only embrace change, but to drive it

Collaborating with brand/category teams and other key internal/external stakeholders; effective in influencing wide variety of stakeholders

Effectively communicates & builds relationships at all organizational levels; communicates long-term vision and shorter-term opportunities through clear & simple messages.

Pay Range:
$141,000 - $165,200
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
