payers with unique healthcare solutions aimed at reducing obesity, improving employee health,
and lowering company healthcare costs. Our integrated GLP-1 medication weight management
program utilizes state-of-the-art at-home blood collection kits and connected clinical telehealth
services to screen, onboard, and manage qualified candidates, ensuring medication adherence
and effective management of side effects through continuous telehealth support.
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Commercial Operations to drive operational excellence across our go-to-market engine. This high-impact role will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of commercial operations—including sales and revenue operations, marketing, contracting, and proposals—ensuring seamless integration and execution across all functions that contribute to revenue growth and client acquisition.
The ideal candidate combines sharp business acumen with strong leadership skills, thrives in cross-functional environments, and is able to scale processes, systems, and teams to support company-wide growth. This role will serve as a key partner to senior leadership and will manage marketing and business development functions to align strategy with execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Strategy & Execution
  • Lead the development and execution of commercial strategies that align with company objectives and drive profitable growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to support the end-to-end revenue lifecycle.
  • Develop annual commercial plans, including goal-setting, territory planning, compensation modeling, and performance forecasting.
Sales & Revenue Operations
  • Optimize the sales process and pipeline management using data-driven insights.
  • Manage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and drive adoption of best practices in pipeline hygiene and reporting.
  • Establish and track key sales metrics, funnel conversion rates, and revenue forecasting models.
  • Support onboarding, enablement, and performance monitoring of commercial team members.
Marketing Leadership
  • Lead the Marketing team in developing and executing campaigns across digital, content, product marketing, events, and brand.
  • Ensure integration of marketing strategies with commercial goals—aligning demand generation with sales capacity and targets.
  • Oversee marketing analytics to drive continual optimization of spend and channel effectiveness.
  • Manage vendor relationships, agency partners, and internal creative resources.
Contracting & Proposals Oversight
  • Lead the coordination, development, and delivery of proposals and RFP/RFI responses.
  • Partner with Legal, Sales, and Finance to streamline the contract lifecycle, from redlines to execution.
  • Maintain a library of standard templates, pricing models, legal language, and past proposals.
  • Ensure all proposals and contracts are timely, compliant, and tailored to client-specific needs while protecting company interests.
  • Drive process improvements in contract tracking, approvals, and renewals through systems and automation.
Performance Analytics & Business Intelligence
  • Build and maintain dashboards for executive visibility across revenue, marketing, and pipeline KPIs.
  • Analyze customer segmentation, win/loss rates, and sales velocity to inform strategy.
  • Partner with Finance to align revenue reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
Cross-Functional Program Management
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration on go-to-market initiatives and special projects (e.g., new product launches, market expansion).
  • Serve as the operational lead for Commercial QBRs, GTM planning sessions, and leadership reviews.
  • Lead change management efforts to support growth, system upgrades, or organizational redesigns.
Qualifications:
  • 8–12+ years of progressive experience in commercial operations, sales enablement, marketing leadership, or revenue strategy.
  • Proven experience managing contracting processes, proposal development, and cross-functional commercial teams.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B sales motions and contracting best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in CRM (Salesforce preferred), marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo), and proposal tools (e.g., Loopio, RFPIO).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity, persuasion, and attention to detail.
  • MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred.
