Director, Commercial Lead – Analytics / CX / Data Solutions

• Lead new business growth across Analytics & Data Solutions in Japan, developing opportunities with both existing and prospective clients. 
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and decision-makers, becoming a strategic partner to their business. 
• Develop and commercialise analytics-led and data integration solutions that address client needs and deliver measurable value.
• Lead client engagements from solution design through successful delivery, ensuring strong business outcomes.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to bring Kantar's best capabilities, innovation, and expertise to clients in Japan.

• Significant experience building commercial opportunities within analytics, data, consulting, insights, or related environments.
• Demonstrated success engaging senior stakeholders and leading complex commercial discussions.
• Ability to translate technical and analytical solutions into clear business value for clients.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working across local, regional, and global teams.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify scalable growth opportunities and drive sustainable business impact.
• Experience balancing commercial leadership, solution development, and client delivery responsibilities.
• Business-level Japanese with the confidence to lead client discussions independently in Japan.
• Professional-level English to collaborate effectively with regional and global stakeholders.
