This is a hybrid role, you will be partnering with a diverse group of employees from our different markets and locations across the UK, Europe and Africa.
You will be reporting to the Chief Finance Officer.
ExpertiseOur expectations are that you would be comfortable providing strategic financial leadership and actionable insights that drive business performance and profitability. You should have excellent financial modeling skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into clear recommendations for executive decision-making.

We are looking for candidates with 8-10 years of progressive finance experience, relevant professional qualifications (CA(SA), CFA, or CIMA), and expertise in pricing strategy, profitability analysis, and credit risk management.
Your experience should include business partnering with senior leadership, driving financial transformation initiatives, and leveraging technology to enhance financial processes. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance short-term financial objectives with long-term strategic goals are essential in this role.
