RMH, a member of HEICO's Defense Sustainment Team, offers key hydraulic support to Navy Ships. The main production facility is just outside of Denver, providing expert engineering solutions and executing complex hydraulic system overhauls. RMH has service shops on both East and West coasts and a rapid deployment system to aid deployed ships globally. The Commercial Sales division gives pump repair capabilities across the nation, serving diverse industries.


The Director of Commercial Business Development is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new commercial business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and developing strategies to expand the company's commercial market presence.

Preferred Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic commercial business plan
  • Target and engage with key industries that use hydraulics to support their needs and ensure a steady pipeline of work
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to present the company's repair services and capabilities.
  • Implements strategies, policies, practices, and programs that leverage the corporation’s skills, capabilities, and experience for commercial customers in support of business
  • Prepare detailed quotes, sales contracts and proposals for hydraulic repair projects.
  • Negotiate and close service and repair contracts that align with the company’s profitability goals.
  • Conduct business and technical briefings for senior and top management for external representatives.
  • Operate motor vehicle to travel to customer locations and conduct sales.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience:

  • 10 Years of Experience in Sales or Business Development
    • Preferably within the Hydraulic, Fluid Power or Industrial Equipment Industries

Specialized Knowledge/Abilities:

  • Strong technical understanding of hydraulic systems, components, and repair processes
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM Software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned sales territory

Skills Required

  • 10 Years of Experience in Sales or Business Development
  • Strong technical understanding of hydraulic systems
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM Software and Microsoft Office Suite
