Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Director – Cloud Infrastructure to lead the strategy,

architecture, operations, and continuous evolution of our cloud platform supporting

mission-critical SaaS solutions in the fintech and payments domain. This role will be

responsible for ensuring high availability, scalability, security, operational excellence,

and cost optimization across Azure and AWS while leading a global 24x7 infrastructure

organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the cloud infrastructure strategy aligned with business and

technology objectives.

• Lead and develop high-performing teams across:

           o Cloud Operations & Production Support

           o Network Operations Center (NOC)

           o DevOps & Platform Engineering

           o Middleware Services (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, IBM MQ, IBM Connect:  Direct)

          o Database Administration (MongoDB, SQL Server, Oracle)

          o Cloud Networking

          o Cloud Architecture

          o Cloud FinOps

• Ensure platform reliability, scalability, security, disaster recovery, and

         operational resilience while meeting customer SLAs.

• Drive automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD, observability, and

         operational excellence initiatives.

• Partner with Engineering, Product, Security, Customer Success, and Compliance

         teams to deliver secure and resilient cloud platforms.

• Lead major incident management, executive escalations, capacity planning, and continuous service improvements.
• Own cloud governance, infrastructure standards, technology roadmaps, vendor

         management, and cloud cost optimization.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline

       (Master's preferred).

• 15+ years of IT Infrastructure experience with at least 8 years leading enterprise

         infrastructure or cloud organizations.

• Proven experience managing global 24x7 operations supporting enterprise SaaS

         platforms.

• Strong experience in fintech, payments, banking, or other highly regulated

         environments is preferred.

Technical Requirements

• Mandatory hands-on experience with both Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web

        Services (AWS).

• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, Kubernetes, networking, DevOps,

         Infrastructure as Code, observability, disaster recovery, and security best

         practices.

• Experience managing enterprise middleware, databases, and cloud

         infrastructure at scale.

Mandatory Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert OR
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional

Work Requirements

• Willingness to lead and support a 24x7 global operations organization, 

         including participation in major incident management and executive escalations

         outside standard business hours when required.

• Experience managing geographically distributed teams operating across multiple

         shifts and time zones.
