What You Will Do:
- Build and lead a team of subject matter experts who will modernize, standardize, and accelerate solution architecture efforts.
- Architect and scale a world-class delivery model for cloud-native and enterprise-grade solutions, with a strong emphasis on AWS and other leading platforms.
- Spearhead the creation of reusable solution assets, demo environments, delivery playbooks, and golden paths that empower sales and delivery teams to operate with precision and speed.
- Actively support strategic proposal efforts, client marketing initiatives, and brand promotion activities—ensuring our architectural vision is front and center in how we present ourselves to the market.
- Identify, recruit, and inspire a high-performing team of architects and engineers.
What You Will Need:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.
- 20+ years of professional experience, including at least 10+ years in solution architecture, cloud engineering, or enterprise application development
- Proven experience building and scaling cloud-native solutions across various industries
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or similar are required
- Strong knowledge of modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, containerization, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and API-first design
- Solid understanding of well-architected frameworks, design patterns, and scalable delivery models
- Experience working in a global delivery model
- Experience in developing demo environments, reusable assets, and delivery playbooks for sales and implementation teams
- Strong executive presence with the capability to inspire cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
- Experience supporting strategic proposals, client marketing, and brand-building initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliverables effectively
- Proven ability co-develop solutions, drive joint go-to-market initiatives, and extend sales reach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel as needed

- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities, with the capacity to engage effectively with a variety of senior internal and external stakeholders.

- Established network of trusted relationships with cloud providers, ISVs, and industry leaders
