Are you a Registered Nurse (RN) with prior long-term or short-term Rehab / sub-acute care experience and looking to advance your career? Or do you have Clinical Education, Staff Development, Charge Nurse, or Nursing Mentor experience?

Requirements:
  • Responsible for managing the professional development program in a long-term care and sub-acute care / skilled nursing / short-term rehabilitation setting.
  • Assist with onboarding and training new staff, training and facilitation of existing staff, rolling out of new compliance and regulatory training, and ensuring the center remains in compliance with all regulatory, credentialing and educational requirements.
 
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree or above in Nursing (ASN) required.
  • Clear and active Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure in the state of practice required.
  • Two (2+) years' nursing experience required.
  • Long-Term Care or SNF Nursing experience OR Clinical Education and Staff Development experience strongly preferred.
  • CDC - IPCO Certification required or must be willing to complete within 5 days of employment.

Pay Range

Starting at $90,000 per year

Skills Required

  • Associate's degree in Nursing (ASN) or above
  • Clear and active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in state of practice
  • Two (2+) years nursing experience
  • CDC - IPCO Certification required or willingness to complete within 5 days of employment
  • Long-Term Care or SNF nursing experience
  • Clinical Education and Staff Development experience
  • Prior long-term, short-term rehab, or sub-acute care experience
  • Experience as Charge Nurse, Nursing Mentor, or similar clinical education role
