This senior administrative position is responsible for securing, coordinating, and maintaining high-quality clinical placements; managing clinical education staff; ensuring compliance with accreditation standards; and overseeing all clinical affiliation agreements. Additionally, this role supports the launch and implementation of new academic offerings, cultivating strong healthcare partnerships to ensure students receive exceptional clinical training.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Placement Management: Identify, develop, and maintain clinical placement sites for all health sciences programs. Establish and sustain strong relationships with clinical partners, hospitals, clinics, and community organizations. Ensure equitable and appropriate student placement based on program requirements and site availability.• Leadership & Supervision: Supervise and support program-level Clinical Coordinators across all departments within the College of Health Sciences. Provide strategic direction, guidance, and coordination to maximize efficiency and consistency in clinical placement processes. Serve as the primary liaison among program directors, faculty, and clinical partners.• Contracts & Compliance: Oversee all clinical affiliation agreements, including initiating, renewing, and tracking contract expirations. Ensure clinical sites meet all legal, regulatory, and institutional requirements. Collaborate with the Office of General Counsel and/or Contracts Office to maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation.• Accreditation & Quality Assurance: Ensure clinical placement processes and documentation align with accreditation standards for each program. Participate in program accreditation reviews, site visits, and reporting related to clinical education. Monitor and assess the quality of clinical learning experiences through established evaluation and feedback mechanisms.• Data Management & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive databases of clinical sites, contracts, and placement histories. Develop and present analytical reports on placement outcomes, site utilization, and student experiences.

Qualifications

Required:• Master’s degree in a health-related field, higher education administration, or a closely related discipline.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical education coordination or academic health program administration.• Deep understanding of clinical education requirements across multiple health professions (e.g., nursing, physician assistant, imaging sciences).• Proven experience managing contracts and strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations.• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Preferred:• Doctoral degree (e.g., EdD, DNP, DHSc, PhD).• Direct experience with relevant accreditation processes (CCNE, ARC-PA, JRCERT, or CAAHEP).• Prior administrative or supervisory experience in a higher education setting.

Maximum SalaryUSD $140,000.00/Yr. Minimum SalaryUSD $140,000.00/Yr.
