Assistant Professor in a College of Pharmacy responsible for teaching and assessing PharmD students across didactic, laboratory, skills-based, and experiential settings. Duties include student advising and mentoring, scholarship, committee service, faculty development, and maintaining a clinical practice site. The faculty member will precept students, support community health activities, collaborate with academic and clinical partners, and contribute to student recruitment, retention, and success.

Provides strategic leadership for clinical education across health sciences programs. Oversees clinical placements, healthcare partnerships, clinical coordinators, affiliation agreements, compliance, accreditation, quality assurance, databases, and reporting. Supports College Algebra and Introduction to College Physics courses by holding three weekly office hours, grading assignments, quizzes, and exams, maintaining grade spreadsheets, tracking missing homework, and preparing answer keys. The position may be fully remote and can support one or both courses.

Protects university personnel and property by patrolling campus, monitoring alarms, identifying safety risks, responding to emergencies, enforcing parking regulations, assisting visitors, handling lockouts, and preparing incident reports. The officer may also drive individuals between locations, support special events, and staff reception or command-office posts. The role requires rapid response capabilities, strong communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to operate security and emergency equipment.

Provides administrative, procurement, contract, inventory, expense-tracking, and customer-service support for a university Facilities and Environmental Health and Safety department. Processes requisitions, invoices, contracts, and purchasing-card transactions; maintains records, reports, work orders, and service requests; coordinates vendors, maintenance, events, and preventative repairs; responds to campus inquiries; and supports departmental operations and management initiatives.

Coordinates and oversees third-year medical student clinical rotations, including scheduling, evaluations, site capacity, applications, credentials, records, compliance, course registration, exams, and rotation requests. Serves as a liaison among students, faculty, clinical sites, preceptors, Student Health Services, the Registrar, and IT. Maintains databases and confidential records, supports reporting, communicates requirements, and coaches junior coordinators while ensuring institutional and accreditation compliance.
