About the Role
The Director of Clinic Growth & Operations will report to our AVP – Clinic Operations leader. This Director will be a key player in leading strategy, expansion, and performance optimization across our clinic network. This leader will drive measurable growth, improve operational performance, and scale high-quality care delivery models. What You'll Do
Growth & Expansion
- Develop and execute multi-year clinic growth strategy across existing and new markets
- Identify expansion opportunities (de novo sites, service line growth, partnerships, acquisitions)
- Build financial models and investment cases to support capital allocation decisions
- Conduct market, competitive, and payer landscape analysis
Operational Performance
- Own clinic-level KPIs including volume, revenue, margin, quality, and access
- Establish standardized dashboards and reporting to drive accountability
- Improve provider productivity, patient throughput, and cost efficiency
- Lead performance turnaround initiatives where needed
Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across clinical, finance, people, and technology teams
- Drive disciplined project management and risk mitigation
- Translate strategy into clear implementation roadmaps with defined outcomes
Team Leadership
- Build and develop a high-performing strategy and operations team
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 6+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, multi-site operations, consulting, or private equity-backed healthcare
- Strong financial and analytical capabilities; experience building operating models and business cases
- Proven track record leading complex initiatives with measurable results
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across diverse teams
- Healthcare experience required; value-based care experience preferred
Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions
- This position will be fully onsite through an initial training period. Upon successful training completion the role can be converted to hybrid (2 or 3 days per week). Occasional travel within San Gabriel Valley, Inland Empire and Orange County territories is expected.
- The base compensation target pay range for this role is: $145,000 to $155,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location (current or future), experience, and other job-related factors.
