What will you be doing?
This Client Lead - Advanced TV Partnerships is a dynamic, multi-faceted role responsible for business development to drive sales of Circana solutions. You will use your consultative sales skills that help our TV partners better understand how Circana’s products can help them generate more ad sales revenue. In addition to direct sales, you will be responsible for deepening and broadening the relationship with the clients’ sales teams, enabling them to sell more advertising through consultative selling, innovation, business insights, and creative problem solving.
This is a high-impact role where you will have the opportunity to shape the direction of our client relationships and contribute to our overall business growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong working knowledge of current trends in the TV Media (Linear, Addressable, Connected TV/Streaming and Programmatic) and their impact on the advertising ecosystem and our solutions
- Manage multiple clients and create strategies and programs to scale.
- Interact seamlessly with both internal and external executive leadership.
- Provide final presentations, insights and strategic recommendation(s) to clients.
- Targeted Outreach: Construct relevant communications to educate clients on Circana’s capabilities
- Commercial Agreements: Finalizing commercial agreements at account level.
- Collaborate Internally: Work with internal stakeholders to uncover account growth opportunities.
- Ownership and Support: Provide cross-team support for brands and agencies to leverage Circana products in TV.
Requirements
- Years of experience: 4-5 years in Media (TV, Retail, and/or Agencies) in client facing, project management focused roles with an understanding of CPG performance marketing
- Strong sales skills inclusive of disciplined pipeline management; experience or capacity to call, own and deliver against a number; business plan/client penetration development and execution; strong influencing skills
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing activities based on levels of sales opportunities.
- Experience developing strategies to expand services and penetrate client organizations based on gaining knowledge of client pain points and anticipating potential emerging business issues.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate internally

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $102K to $140K.
This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
