Role Objective: In this newly created role, Director, Client Digital Solutions will be driving new sales for a digital point of care offering, working across a seasoned and successful sales team to drive revenue as we go to market.

What You Will Do 

  • This is a unique role that needs exceptional sales abilities, as well as a deep understanding of the digital and virtual offerings in point of care. 
  • As a sales subject matter expert, you will liaise between the sales team and product development team, marketing team, and pricing team to create new opportunities and manage the full sales cycle.  
  • Leverage your public speaking and presentation skills to present and conduct product consultations, proposal reviews, legal reviews, and kick-off calls.  
  • Work across an experienced and highly successful client sales team to lead and support a new product initiative. 
  • Bring ideas and expertise from your experience to ensure success. 
  • Develop new and foster ongoing client relationships to develop campaign strategies that achieve their goals and maximize opportunity value.  
  • Leverage relationships with media buying and marketing strategy leaders in the industry to both deepen established relationships and identify new ones. 

What We Need 

  • 10 years sales experience  
  • Proven track record of success in sales within the digital and pharmaceutical channels 
  • Business development / revenue generation experience, proven success 
  • A relationship builder – someone who can work across internal teams with the company first mindset 

What You will Need to Succeed 

  • An outgoing, can-do personality and mentality 
  • The ability to thrive in a start-up type environment 
  • Understanding of marketing plans and objectives of digital health space 
  • While independent, enjoys working in a team environment 
  • Established experience and relationships within the pharmaceutical channel 
  • Driven Self-starter, motivated and independent worker 
  • Strategic thinking, consulting, ad recommendations with clients to improve performance in programs and identify and cultivate new or expansion opportunities 


Base Salary Band: $118,937.00 - $155,719.00 
Variable Compensation: $60,000.00
