  • Develop performance tracking mechanisms, dashboards, scorecards, and KPI frameworks.

  • Monitor progress, risks, decisions, and interdependencies across priority workstreams.

  • Recommend adjustments to priorities, strategies, and roadmaps based on business performance, changing demands, leadership feedback, and execution risk.

  • Ensure continuous alignment between CXO priorities, leadership actions, resource decisions, and strategic business objectives.

Executive Advisory & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and confidential thought partner to the CXO on strategy, execution, communications, and organizational effectiveness.

  • Build strong relationships across Technology, HR, Recruiting, Operations, Finance, Communications, and Business leadership teams.

  • Drive consensus, alignment, and action among diverse stakeholder groups with competing priorities.

  • Facilitate strategic decision-making processes, executive workshops, leadership offsites, and priority reviews.

  • Represent CXO priorities with discretion and professionalism; help leadership teams stay focused, prepared, and accountable.
