The Role
As a Director within the Fidelity.com Channel Marketing team, you will play a key role in shaping and optimizing the digital shopping experience on Fidelity.com. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams—including research, design, content, analytics, and technology—to enhance customer journeys and drive measurable outcomes.
You will contribute to the development and execution of initiatives that improve the customer experience on Fidelity.com webpages. This includes optimizing page layouts, enhancing content and design, and supporting experimentation efforts to better meet customer needs and business goals. You’ll work collaboratively across multiple lines of business to ensure alignment with broader marketing KPIs and priorities.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus
- 7+ years of relevant digital experience, ideally in a regulated industry
- Strong project management experience and critical thinking skills in a marketing/advertising organization
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and collaborative
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and collaborating in a matrixed organization
- Strong written and verbal communication including the ability to create and deliver a compelling storyline using data to influence audiences
- Background in UX, content development, and webpage optimization
- Familiarity with web analytics tools and platforms used for marketing automation and customer relationship management
- Ability to analyze web analytics and derive actionable insights
- Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and learning agenda development
- Passion for customer-centric marketing and staying current with digital trends
- Solid understanding of investment products and regulatory considerations is a plus.

The Team
You’ll be a key contributor to the Fidelity.com Channel Marketing team, part of the broader Fidelity Marketing organization. This team is responsible for the strategy and execution of digital experiences on Fidelity.com and works closely with product owners, content creators, designers, technologists, researchers, analysts, legal, and compliance partners.
