- Define and execute CIMB’s credit card product strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Lead the enhancement and development of card value propositions across segments (mass, affluent,).
- Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle management, including concept development, benefits, features, and market positioning.
- Partner with Visa, Mastercard, and other scheme partners to leverage insights, and product innovation opportunities.
- Identify and launch new product initiatives to address emerging customer needs, payment trends, and lifestyle demands.
2. Leadership & Collaboration
- Drive acquisition, activation, and spend strategies through compelling product propositions.
- Monitor product performance, profitability, and market competitiveness, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure alignment of products with regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing product management team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related discipline. MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in credit cards, payments, consumer banking, or related financial services.
- Proven track record in cards portfolio management, usage growth, and customer engagement.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of digital payments, fintech trends, and loyalty ecosystems is a strong advantage.
