**This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days in the Chicago office each week**

We are seeking an experienced Director, Demand Generation. This role is responsible for driving marketing campaign strategy and execution that generates a high-quality pipeline, accelerates revenue, and deepens engagement across complex buying groups.

In addition to owning corporate demand generation initiatives—including integrated campaigns, webinars, and marketing channel strategy—this role will also lead supplier adoption marketing programs in partnership with our enterprise retail customers. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in B2B SaaS, understands both short and long sales cycles as well as multi-stakeholder decision-making, and has strong experience in the brands and retail ecosystem.

HOW WE’LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY

  • Enterprise Demand Generation Strategy
    • Define and own the corporate marketing campaign strategy aligned to company growth objectives and revenue targets
    • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that support awareness, consideration, and conversion across the full funnel
    • Design scalable account-based marketing programs that address complex buying committees and long sales cycles
  • Integrated Campaigns & Webinars
    • Oversee corporate campaigns end-to-end from cross-functional alignment to creative concepts to detailed execution and reporting
    • Own and define the webinar strategy and execution as a core demand channel
    • Partner with the product marketing team to ensure clear, differentiated messaging across all programs and incorporate product-led growth initiatives
    • Work closely with creative team members and agencies to deliver campaigns that cut through the noise
    • Partner with channel partner teams to support partner marketing initiatives
  • Channel Analysis & Performance Management
    • Collaborate with marketing operations on campaign performance frameworks, dashboards, and attribution models to deliver pipeline impact and ROI insights to leadership
    • Continuously optimize channel mix and investment based on data, insights, and evolving business priorities
  • Supplier Adoption & Retail Partner Marketing
    • Collaborate closely with retail partners to develop, execute, and report on initiatives that align with shared objectives
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders to streamline the supplier adoption and expansion campaign process, continuing to drive an exceptional experience for both suppliers and retailers
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
    • Partner closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to align demand programs with go-to-market priorities
    • Contribute to the evolution of demand generation processes, tooling, and best practices
    • Coach and mentor a small team of campaign professionals

WE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU 

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated marketing roles, preferably in SaaS
  • Demonstrated success driving multi-channel demand generation programs with measurable pipeline and revenue impact
  • Experience marketing to suppliers and/or within the retail ecosystem
  • Strong understanding of account-based marketing, enterprise buying behaviors, long sales cycles, and multi-stakeholder decision-making
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics, marketing automation, and CRM platforms to inform strategy (Salesforce, Marketo, and 6sense experience preferred)
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills

Your individual compensation within the budgeted salary range is determined based on your skills, education, experience, and internal equity. This position is Bonus Eligible.

Budgeted Salary Range is:
$144,000$180,000 USD
