The Director of Business Unit Sales & Strategy for Taste Elevation will lead the end-to-end commercial strategy, driving revenue growth and market expansion for the BU. This leader will shape and execute strategic sales initiatives, foster cross-functional partnerships, and ensure alignment with Kraft Heinz's vision to elevate consumer experience and business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets across all channels for the Taste Elevation BU.
- Lead a high-performing sales team, setting clear objectives , coaching for development, and fostering a culture of accountability and results.
- Partner with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Product teams to ensure integration of sales strategies with overall BU objectives .
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to maximize business impact and market reach.
- Drive ongoing process improvement and operational excellence within the sales function.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
- Champion Kraft Heinz values, including consumer obsession, diversity, and continuous improvement, across all business activities.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in sales, strategy, or related leadership roles within consumer goods or a similar industry.
- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience navigating complex , matrixed organizations and leading change .
- Ability to grow market share profitably in a matrixed organization
- Experience leading high performing teams and fostering inclusive team culture
- Passion for understanding consumer behaviors

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$184,800.00 - $231,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): In addition to base salary and bonus, this role is eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity.
