Our newly founded Business Transformation practice combines our expertise in the areas of strategy, performance improvement, finance and transformation management. We focus on evaluating and developing new business models, finding new ways for top line growth, designing organizational structures, optimizing operations processes and developing new production or network footprints. We support our customers in company-wide transformations from analysis and concept development to implementation and often remain as trusted advisors even after the project has ended.
We are currently seeking an ambitious and qualified candidate with the following attributes to join our Jakarta office as a Director. You will be involved in a wide range of interesting and challenging projects across Asia as well as support in growing our Business Transformation practice. This is a unique opportunity to be entrepreneurial from day one by supporting the development of our Business Transformation practice but also to develop your skills in strategic, operational and financial Transformations closely working with C-Suite and Management of large corporations or investors.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and actively contribute to business development initiatives, including client relationship management, proposal development, and identifying new market opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Advise C-Suite and top management of our clients on challenging transformation programmes
- Support the acquisition of new projects by developing individual solutions and project approaches
- Manage projects with a high degree of responsibility and creative freedom
- Plan and structure projects and set up the right governance to deliver successful results for our customers
- Present project results to C-Suite and represent Kroll as subject matter experts to the customer
- Help grow our Business Transformation practice by developing new consulting products and by participating in marketing and go-to-market activities
Requirements
- Good academic record, preferably with a major in business, economics or engineering
- Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience with at least 2 years in consulting
- At least 3 years of experience in the area of strategy, organization or operations
- Strong financial knowledge and understanding of financial statements
- First experiences in project acquisition and marketing or go-to-market strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English and Indonesian
- Highly self-motivated, willing to learn and able to work in a team
