Role Overview

B2Spin is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Director of Business Operations to drive operational excellence and ensure seamless execution of our strategic vision. As Director of Business Operations, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, optimize processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

  • Direct and manage daily operations across all departments, ensuring cohesive and efficient workflows.

Process Optimization

  • Identify and address operational bottlenecks, streamlining processes to maximize efficiency.
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making and improve operational performance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to innovate and refine their approaches.

Financial Oversight

  • Collaborate with the CFO to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies.
  • Ensure resource allocation aligns with strategic priorities and supports sustainable growth.
  • Monitor financial performance, implementing measures to maintain cost efficiencies and profitability.

Team Development & Culture

  • Recruit, mentor, and develop top-tier talent, promoting a high-performance and collaborative environment.
  • Provide leadership and support to department heads, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Cultivate a culture of inclusivity, innovation, and accountability, essential for delivering engaging gaming products.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Represent B2Spin at industry events, conferences, and public forums, reinforcing our position as a leader in Free-to-Play Social Casino entertainment.
  • Communicate progress on operational milestones and OKRs, ensuring transparency and stakeholder buy-in.

Governance and Compliance

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related fields (MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred).
  • Gaming/Social Casino Expertise: knowledge of Free-to-Play mechanics, user engagement strategies, and the interactive entertainment landscape.
  • Leadership Record: Proven success in leading operational teams or divisions at the senior level.
  • Operational Acumen: Expertise in optimizing processes, managing resources, and driving operational excellence.
