Role Overview:

We invite you to become a part of our distinguished team and realize your full potential as the Country Manager responsible for our operations in Germany. In this role, you will be tasked with fostering business growth, overseeing operational activities, and positioning Neo Group as a foremost entity within the German markets. What you can expect from the role:Business Performance & Analytics
  1. Monitor key metrics and dashboards daily to track performance across acquisition, retention, and monetization channels.
  2. Analyze marketing spend efficiency, detect anomalies, and coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams.
  3. Evaluate the effectiveness of CRM campaigns, promotions, product features, and user experience improvements.
  4. Conduct A/B tests to validate hypotheses and assess new initiatives.
  5. Collaborate with BI teams to request additional reports and dashboards when needed.
Reporting
  1. Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with deep dives into KPIs, user behavior, and country-specific dynamics.
  2. Conduct periodic site audits and prepare detailed summaries with action points.
User Engagement & Retention
  1. Analyze user feedback from support, surveys, and social media to identify friction points and improvement opportunities.
  2. Request and execute localized surveys to improve overall satisfaction.
Customer Support Quality Monitoring
  1. Track the quality of support interactions and ensure alignment with SLAs and tone of voice guidelines.
  2. Address and escalate critical or brand-damaging issues promptly.
Online Presence & Reputation Management
  1. Monitor brand perception and user sentiment across social media, forums, and review platforms.
  2. Report competitor activities (e.g., promotions, UX changes) with actionable insights.
Campaigns & Promotions
  1. Coordinate local campaigns, giveaways, and time-limited promotions with relevant stakeholders if needed.
  2. Ensure alignment with broader marketing and CRM strategy.
Market & Competitive Research
  1. Track industry trends, regulatory shifts, and competitor strategies.
  2. Provide timely reports to inform product and marketing roadmaps
  3. Respond to requests from other departments by delivering relevant research or analytical support to aid in strategic planning
Cross-functional Collaboration & Communication
  1. Act as a liaison between the country and HQ teams (Product, CRM, Marketing, BI, Support).
  2. Initiate regular syncs to discuss metric shifts and propose strategic improvements.
  3. Represent country-specific interests and cultural insights in global planning processes.

Requirements

Senior Management Experience: Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably as a Country Manager or similar position, with a focus on German markets.

German iGaming Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the markets assigned in the gaming industry, including regulations, market trends, and customer preferences.

Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with a track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion.

Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.

Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Regulatory Navigation: Experience in navigating regulatory frameworks and ensuring compliance in markets that are assigned .

Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze data and market insights to make informed business decisions.

Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.

Travel Flexibility: Flexibility to travel as required.
