Responsibilities
- Drive the achievement of long-term business objectives by developing complex, data-driven strategies to optimize cross-functional operations and processes.
- Utilize knowledge of data analytics to analyze, review, and optimize comprehensive data visualization dashboards in Tableau.
- Provide actionable insights derived from large data sets by overseeing the execution of complex data analytics methodologies, including, but not limited to, data modeling, regression analysis, and automated algorithmic forecasting.
- Identify the internal and external Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that require ongoing monitoring and measurement in order to address critical business questions.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to collect information pertaining to the processes implemented by competitors.
- Research competitor market performance to assess the efficacy of these operational strategies and evaluate them for potential integration into company’s established operations.
- Review the highly complex data output and leverage understanding of business needs to translate trend information into easily comprehensible reports for key stakeholders, including the CRO, General Counsel, CCO, Head of Integration, Sales Ops, and Operations Head.
- Bring attention to anticipated issues and recommend alternative strategies to promote uninterrupted organizational growth through streamlined process improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze qualitative data in order to assess the practical viability of theoretically optimal solutions.
- Confer with personnel across the organization to keep abreast of challenges arising in various areas of the current market.
- Conduct ongoing assessments of company’s internal business intelligence systems and develop strategies to improve data capture, quality preservation, and noise reduction based on business needs.
- Analyze libraries of key knowledge assets, such as data models, templates, and management reports, as well as comprehensive documentation of systematic, procedural, and organizational changes.
- Regularly confer with leadership to diversify the scope of tracked EX metrics in order to holistically evaluate the performance of newly implemented operational solutions.
- Identify sources of potential growth and process improvements for the organization (revenue, gross profit, net profit, people, markets, etc.) and provide a recommendation to the relevant management members.
- Lead cross-functional alignment and track execution performance on the agreed initiatives.
- Set up a mechanism and periodically track the performance of various teams (organization, functions, and management team members) against the measurable business outcomes.
- Work on M&A (merger and acquisition) including M&A sourcing, evaluating synergies, and post deal integration.
- Work on market expansion including strategic planning and execution of the licensing roadmap, building and managing the sales enablement materials, commercializing new products, and operationalizing new markets.
Requirements
- Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration or related field.
- Must be a graduate from one of the top 10 business schools in the U.S., as listed by the US News & World Report in at least one of the following years 2019-2024.
- Five (5) years of experience in the position offered, as a Manager, Associate, or related occupation.
- Must have experience with the following:
- Synthesizing current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action;
- Commercial, regulatory and operational expertise in the global fintech space relating to cross-border payments;
- Navigating a wide range of operational issues with experience and understanding of core business/organizational teams – strategy, operations, product, financial analysis, planning, and budgeting;
- Growth strategy and execution including go to market, cost optimization, M&A (merger and acquisition) evaluation, identifying business gaps focused on revenue growth, cost optimization, organizational effectiveness, project management, preparing business cases for new products/markets, and investor communication;
- Valuation analysis, accounting, budgeting, three-statement financial reporting and modeling, and analyzing key financial and operational metrics;
- Tableau, MS Office (including Excel and PowerPoint), Thinkcell, GSuite tools, Salesforce, and Jira;
- Monitoring external market trends including macroeconomic and industry trend data, listed companies’ disclosures, industry reports, data from central banks and government agencies, and performing ad-hoc deep dives of internal data to identify key focus areas and opportunities;
- Leading critical reporting and review mechanisms to review progress on operating plans, and project manage high priority complex initiatives;
- Management reports (defining, evaluating problems, and recommending solutions); and Working with and conducting interviews with executive stakeholders and key sales/integration staff to understand challenges and operating within and leading cross-functional teams.
